Why do you think it is important to study diversity and inclusion? 

It is important to study diversity and inclusion because no man is an island-- we live in this giant web of social connections and everyone needs to feel welcome in it to function as a part of society. The diversity in identities between and within each and every one of us diversity needs to be acknowledged.

Describe a time you felt socially connected to UCLA? 

A time that I felt socially connected to UCLA was the first practice with my dance team after the long summer break, I was just so happy to see everyone.
